CTI Systems präsentiert erstmals ein Kombinationsmodell im Maßstab 1:100, das den Auftakt zu einer Reihe internationaler Messeauftritte bildet. Das Modell führt zwei Lagerwelten auf einem Tisch zusammen: auf der einen Seite ein automatisiertes Hochregallager, auf der anderen Seite ein Stapellager. Beide Konzepte sind im selben Maßstab und mit demselben Detailgrad ausgeführt – Industrie-Entscheider können Funktionsprinzipien, Bauhöhen und Stellplatzdichten unmittelbar nebeneinander beurteilen.
Im Fokus steht die Coil- und Spulen-Intralogistik, in der CTI Systems als Materialfluss-Spezialist seit sechs Jahrzehnten Lösungen für Stahl-, Aluminium- und Kupfer-Coils sowie für Papier-, Folien- und Papperollen entwickelt. Mit über 1.000 in Betrieb genommenen Anlagen deckt das Unternehmen aus dem Norden Luxemburgs die gesamte Schwerlast-Kette ab – von der Anlieferung über das Lagern bis zur Übergabe in die Produktion. Lagersysteme, Handling- und Transporttechnik, spezialisiertes Ingenieurwesen und digitale Steuerung (MES, WMS) bilden bei CTI eine vollständig intern entwickelte Plattform. Das Modell macht diesen Zusammenhang am Stand greifbar.
Für die Gespräche auf der Messe ersetzt das Kombinationsmodell den Anlagenrundgang. Was sonst nur in einer realen Halle oder im 3D-Render erlebbar ist, lässt sich am Tisch anhand konkreter Geometrien und Materialflüsse Schritt für Schritt durchsprechen. Vom Auftakt auf der LogiMAT bis zu den folgenden internationalen Auftritten transportiert das Modell denselben technischen Detailgrad – und macht aus einem Exponat ein präzises Werkzeug für Vertrieb und Beratung.
High-bay vs. block storage at a glance – CTI's combination model in 1:100
CTI Systems is presenting a combination model at a scale of 1:100 for the first time, marking the beginning of a series of international trade show appearances. The model brings two storage worlds together on a single table: an automated high-bay warehouse on one side, a block-stack storage system on the other. Both concepts are built to the same scale and with the same level of detail – industrial decision-makers can assess working principles, building heights and footprint density directly side by side.
The focus is on coil and roll intralogistics, where CTI Systems – headquartered in the north of Luxembourg – has been delivering solutions for steel, aluminium and copper coils as well as for paper, foil and cardboard rolls for six decades. With more than 1,000 commissioned installations, the company covers the full heavy-load chain, from inbound handling through storage to the transfer into production. Storage systems, handling and transport equipment, specialised engineering and digital control (MES, WMS) form a single, fully in-house developed platform at CTI. The combination model lets visitors see how those layers fit together on the booth.
In trade-fair conversations, the model takes the place of a real plant tour. What is otherwise only accessible inside an operating warehouse or in a 3D rendering can be walked through step by step on the table, using real geometries and material flows. From its debut at LogiMAT and on to the international appearances that follow, the model carries the same technical depth into every conversation – turning a static exhibit into a precise sales and consulting tool.
